 During the past 25 years MLD Architects has gained extensive experience as an architect for many state agencies, universities, and schools. The majority of the work performed under these contracts involved remodeling, renovations, repairs, code correction, waterproofing, and reroofing projects. MLD's background with these project types, provides insight necessary to evaluate these unique project types. Our strong budgeting and cost estimating skills, along with this diverse experience, helps to anticipate unforeseen problems that may occur in remodeling and renovation projects. We are quite familiar with the requirements of the Leon County School Board on school projects.
