The scope of work we propose includes site investigation, design, construction documents, bids/negotiations with construction manager, construction administration, and periodic construction observation. The proposed 2,100 square foot expansion of the cafeteria will be located on the north side of the existing cafeteria building, and the 1,250 square foot material (food) storage addition shall be east of the existing kitchen. Existing partial open space (+1824 square feet) is to be renovated to three resource rooms; the janitor/staff break room is to be renovated to dry food storage and the food serving line is to be reconfigured.
