MLD was selected to rework the front elevation of the old airport, renovate 10,000 square feet of office space and flight school for SME-AERO, Inc. and plan for 50,000 square feet of future aerospace related tenants. MLD designed the reroofing, new HVAC, electrical service, communications, new plumbing, and interiors, while keeping the one major occupant in operation. Project was delivered using construction manager.
